I dag slapp The Waterboys sin andre låt, «The Soul Singer», fra sitt kommende album, «Good Luck, Seeker», som slippes den 21. august på det legandariske plateselskapet Cooking Vinyl.
«Good Luck, Seeker» er bandets 14 studioalbum, og spør dere oss synes vi at det swinger skikkelig av«The Soul Singer».

Den første smakebiten fra plata, «My Wanderings in the Weary Land», ble sluppet den 5. juni.

På sin Facebook-side sier bandet følgende om sistnevnte låt:

«The Waterboys return this summer with their 14th studio album GOOD LUCK, SEEKER. The first track to go live is the seven-minute mash-up manifesto MY WANDERINGS IN THE WEARY LAND. Comprising dramatic spoken-word delivery over wild genre-busting music, ‘My Wanderings In The Weary Land’ might just be the greatest rock’n’roll record ever made – and one that is darkly appropriate for our weird, wired times.
